What is the Warranty on NGK Products?
NGK Spark Plugs warrants that the products, which it sells to the Distributor, seller, reseller, or customer, shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials within a period of sixty (60) days from the delivery thereof to the aforementioned parties. Official NGK product warranty.
Warranty Claims
The SparkPlugs.com Family fully backs NGK's warranties. If you feel you have a valid warranty claim, contact our customer service team at 888-800-9629 or cust@sparkplugs.com for a speedy resolution.
Parts that were damaged due to incorrect installation are not covered under a warranty.
Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturing defects only, and are not warranted for longevity, wear or breakage.
