As part of our commitment to Turbo-Charged Service, our customers do not have to pay for domestic return shipping. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service department by phone (888-800-9629) or email (email@example.com) and we will arrange to have your order returned and refunded, free of charge. No hassle. No questions asked. It’s that simple! All we ask is that items are returned in the original packaging and outer box within 365 days of order placement.
After your return is initiated with our customer service team, you will receive a pre-paid return service label, absolutely free of charge. Once your return order is received, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours.
Please note that once your return has been processed, it may take your credit card company up to 10 days to post the credit to your account.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
While our shipping team works hard to ensure your order arrives in good condition, occasionally packages get lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged shipment or it is lost by the carrier, we are here to help. Simply contact customer service and we will immediately send a replacement to you at no additional charge.
In the case of a damaged shipment, please do not throw away the item, original packaging or outer box. We will arrange to have this picked up by the carrier.
